At first glance, this logo looks incredibly simple, almost effortless. However, it was not. I've lost hours upon hours creating prototype upon prototype.

You can read about my previous (and first) logo and its mistakes here. I needed a more adaptive logo. A cleaner, more modern one.

I also needed something unique. something you don't see every day.

Since I needed a new logo months have gone by, and I've spent many hours thinking, sketching, and scrapping other logo's. They didn't feel right.

Simplicity is often underestimated. And now I understand why, It's really difficult to create something unique and still simple.

Then, one day, I started playing around with a few simple shapes. Nothing special, just rectangles with rounded corners. And that's when it happened. The result clicked. The icon was simple, modern, but most important of all: unique.
